Copy of Anne Mackay's edited oral history interview with Dee.

Born in 1937 on Long Island (second generation Italian) into a complicated working class family, Dee never felt right as a girl. As an adult, she has had relationships with women and lives as a lesbian. She was interested in becoming a transsexual man, but did not have the money for the medical procedures.
